Guarna Seed (AKA Guaraná) is a Substantial Stimulant containing an average of 2.5 to 5 times the caffiene content (*guaranine) of the common coffee bean. If you grind your own coffee beans for a full pot of coffee, adding one teaspoon of ground guaraná seed to the ground coffee beans will surly increase the stimulant effect.
