It is suggested that you light one candle in a darkened room. Hold the Crystal Ball or place it on the stand that is included. Burn incense while scrying if desired.

Center yourself in preparation for using the Crystal Ball. Gaze into the Ball while rhythmically breathing. You will loose your feeling of time and space. Practice this for at least 10 minutes, and increase it by 5 minutes with each succeeding session.

By the second or third session, you will notice a glow in the center of the Crystal Ball. This is your focusing area where your visions will appear.
