Chia Seed is the Super Food of ancient and contemporary societies with a protein content higher than grains and more complete - it has the appropriate balance of all essential amino acids. It is high in tryglycerides, calcium, vitamins A, B, C and E and anti-oxidants. "Running Food" is the name given to Chia Seed by Native Americans because of its ability to toughen endurance.
